Your jewellery will arrive tucked inside a branded cotton bag, along with a polishing cloth and care instructions card, all inside a recyclable cardboard box.

 We try to be as Eco friendly as possible at Wildwood Jewellery so we try to keep our packaging minimal, recyclable or reusable.

 

Ready to dispatch items will be dispatched within 3 working days. Although we are often able to process and despatch orders on the same or next working day.

Made to order items will be dispatched within 7-10 days 

I aim to complete orders before this but set this time frame to avoid disappointment.

If, for whatever reason, there is any likelihood that this processing time could be extended then a customer will be contacted as soon as possible.

Any bespoke commissions or custom orders will have varying processing and despatch times according to the nature of the work involved in producing them, and an estimate will be provided and agreed before such an order is placed.

All orders will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Free Standard delivery (Royal mail 1st class). Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. Included with all orders for no extra charge;

• Optional upgraded delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery). Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. Additional fee applies at checkout.
• International Delivery will generally be the Royal Mail Tracked International service 

Orders are always despatched as quickly as possible, therefore any optional upgrades in shipping method chosen by the customer will be for the purposes of achieving higher priority and more accurate tracking within the mail system itself, rather than a faster processing time from us.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to guarantee exact dates once items are posted. 

Please note that as per Royal Mail policy, delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

All items will be sent to the shipping address supplied with the order. If your order is a gift and you wish it to be delivered directly to the recipient then we are more than happy to do so; in such cases please make sure the correct name and address is supplied.

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

 

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Wildwood Jewellery encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Wildwood Jewellery at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
