Your Jewellery will naturally tarnish over time, taking these steps will help keep your jewellery tarnish free for longer!

1. Keep it dry! Always remove jewellery before bathing or swimming as silver can react with chemicals and chlorine.
2. Avoid jewellery coming into contact with perfumes and lotions.
3. Polish your jewellery regularly using the polishing cloth provided!

Silver is a soft metal and it will naturally mark and scar if knocked, this is a natural characteristic of silver so your jewellery will age and wear gradually over time. - I think this adds to the charm!

Measure around the widest part of your hand, ensure you wrap around your thumb knuckle, squeezing your hand in as if you were putting a bangle on and pull
the tape tight.

You want your bangle to fit snug over your hand and not be too large on the wrist.

This measurement will give you an indication of the
circumference size bangle that should fit.

It is so important that you are sure of your size when ordering as some rings with gemstones cannot be resized, and custom/personalised orders cannot be refunded.

If for any reason you have ordered the wrong size, depending on the design I will offer 1 free resizing.

It is the responsibility of the customer to send the jewellery back tracked (as we cannot be held responsible for loss), and once we have resized your piece, we will contact you for payment to send it back to you.

International delivery - Usually Royal Mail international tracked.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days.

Your jewellery will arrive tucked inside a branded cotton bag, along with a polishing cloth and care instructions card, all inside a recyclable cardboard box.

Packaging & Delivery

We try to be as Eco friendly as possible at Wildwood Jewellery so we try to keep our packaging minimal, recyclable or reusable.

There is an option at checkout to upgrade to a Wooden Ring box for £15.00!

Ready to ship pieces are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Most made to order pieces are dispatched within 7-10 days.

I aim to complete orders before this but set this time frame to avoid disappointment.

If, for whatever reason, there is any likelihood that this processing time could be extended then a customer will be contacted as soon as possible.
